Distribute

Determine the most effective way to distribute your survey to employees. In this case, the most efficient way was to schedule and automated send out. Then the survey are automatically shared with all the recipients on the given date.

Another benefit of the automatic send out is the notification system notifying recipients who haven't participated in the survey. This alert system ensures high participation rates.

Other ways to distribute the survey could be: company intratenet or physical and scannable QR codes - all of them supported by the Zennbase platform.

Leveraging the built-in hierarchy in the Zennbase platform makes it easy for companies to filter and generate reports on department level. In this case, managers in all departments could receive a customized report for their department.
